Ian qualified in 1977 and joined Layzells in 2007 as Consultant. Prior to that he spent 27 years as a Partner in Clifford Watts Compton, a well established and highly recommended practice in North London.
Ian is primarily a conveyancing solicitor but also acts on Probate matters and Wills. His areas of work include:
- Residential sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold
- Enfranchisement and lease extensions
- Commercial sales and purchases including the granting of landlords licences
- Non contentious Probate
- Advice on and preparation of Wills
