Sally joined Layzells in October 2006 and practices here as a Consultant. Sally qualified in 1979 and was the founder and Managing Partner of Bentley Maguire Solicitors in Winchmore Hill for a period of 20 years.
Sally specialises in Lasting Powers of Attorney and her areas of expertise include:
- Preparation of lasting Powers of Attorney (“Living Wills”) and Court of Protection, standard Wills and Probates
- Residential Conveyancing – the purchase and re-mortgaging of flats and houses
- Commercial Transactions – the purchase and leasing of shops, offices etc
