We have always offered a Wills storage facility free of charge to our clients. However in a recent national survey 67% did not know where to find their parents wills. We have therefore recently become a member of a Law Society approved organisation called Certainty who have set up a National Wills Register database.
This Register will:
- enable your family to locate your Will:
- keep a record of the Solicitor’s Office where your Will is held:
- give you peace of mind.
We will be able to advise you on this and arrange the necessary registration if required.
